With a great team on board and affiliations with other top architects in KZN we have easily converted our clients dreams and thoughts into tangible reality and awe inspiring buildings. The team’s interaction and collaboration with the “straight edged” engineering team is professional and comical at the same time. Most of the residential, commercial and industrial designs we produce embody the creativity and complexity that the firm pride themselves on.
Kicking off with Design and analysis calculations and reports and moving on to Draughting and BIM modeling using current software with bidirectional workflows. Having seamless transition from concept and design stages into doing detailing for reinforcement and schedules and structural steel connection details during tender stage align with the Bill of Quantities and contract documents. Hitting construction stage we do site management and or construction supervision and contracts management.
On the electrical team we provide full consulting and site supervision services from HV,MV and LV systems, MCC panels design all the way to small power and lighting on the buildings sector. Our affiliated firms have an excellent track record of superior quality and delivery.
On the C&I team, we have fantastic modern tech and designs along with PLC’s and telemetry to sync old equipment to new technology controllers. They’re also experienced enough to know how to fix old pull-down circuit breakers and fuse boxes.
Our Mechanical team apply their vast collective knowledge to designing key machines and parts for your factory’s process flow. From plant layouts and process optimization all the way down to parts scanning and retrofitting, our team can assess and generate a solution to your project.
Our piping team and affiliated companies are on the forefront of steam and stress analysis and pressure vessel design. 3D scanning & Surveying
Our surveyor has traveled the bulk of this continent and others to log every spot shot and level our clients have required… from tachometry to hydrographical surveys. They are also phenomenal at progress checks and stage checking for progress claims.
Our 3D scanning team utilise their past work experiences to carefully map out their scanning routes and key components for integral details that the designer would need on brownfields projects. We offer a full set of skills and tasks for this service ranging from as built scanning to progress scans for construction sites in remote regions. With real-time scanning and uploading to cloud registrations where needed we have the edge on most timelines for quick turn-around projects.
Our Research and Development team over at R.E.D. Dynamics work tirelessly to Create new inventions for all sectors of the industry and the world. From new renewable energy designs modules for your home or factory all the way across to new sports equipment and simple life improvement products for your industry.
